Lakeview lots in Upper Mission and Kettle Valley typically sit at the upper end because of the site work involved. We provide transparent line-item pricing from day one so you always know where the budget stands.
How long does it take to build a custom home in Kelowna?
A typical Kelowna custom home takes 12 to 18 months from the first design meeting to the final walk-through. That is usually 2 to 4 months for design and blueprints, 2 to 3 months for City of Kelowna permits and geotech (longer for hillside lots), and 8 to 12 months for construction. You get weekly photo updates and we flag schedule issues early.
Do you build in every Kelowna neighborhood?
