Every Palermo Homes project runs on the same three operating principles. These are the things Jas insists on with every client before a contract is signed.
Jas does not run cost-plus builds. Every Palermo contract is fixed-price with documented allowances for finishes. Clients know their number before construction starts, and the number does not creep because the builder is incentivized to control cost.
Jas is personally involved in every project. Clients do not get handed off to a junior PM running six other jobs. Decisions get made, not deferred.
If something changes during construction, it gets priced, written up, and signed before work starts. No verbal handshakes that turn into disputes.
